The VAC mentoring program has been bringing together students and alumni of the LMU Faculty of Economics since 2024. The VAC mentoring program enables a subject-specific exchange - whether for content-related discussions or for possible career paths - and is a supplement to LMU's interdisciplinary career mentoring.
Both students and alumni benefit from the exchange: as a mentee, you have the opportunity to reflect on your professional and personal plans as well as your study decisions. As a mentor, you can pass on your experience and knowledge and also get in touch with potential candidates for your recruiting. The time commitment is a bilateral agreement.
