In der Lunchtime Colloquium des Rachel Carson Center for Environment and Society (LMU/Deutsches Museum) präsentieren internationale Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler ihre aktuelle Forschung an der Schnittstelle von Mensch und Umwelt. Alle Events finden in englischer Sprache statt – mit anschließender Diskussionsmöglichkeit.

Stefan Dorondel (Francisc I. Rainer Institute of Anthropology, Romania) will present on "River Islands as Webs of Life: State, Communities and Nature along the Lower Danube."

The Lunchtime Colloquium talks will be virtual. The talk can be streamed via YouTube (link below) and will be followed by a livestreamed discussion with the speaker via Zoom. Participants in the Zoom discussion need to register (see link below) in order to participate in the discussion.

The talk will go live on YouTube at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, 7 January 2021.
