Molecular Origins of Life Munich (MOM 2026) explores one of science’s most fundamental questions: How did life begin?
International researchers from astronomy, biochemistry, biophysics, geosciences, chemistry, and physics come together to discuss the latest advances in prebiotic chemistry, early evolutionary processes, and the conditions on early Earth. Alongside talks by leading scientists, the conference fosters interdisciplinary exchange through discussions and poster sessions.
Attendance is free of charge. MOM 2026 is organized by the DFG-funded Collaborative Research Center CRC 392 “Molecular Evolution in Prebiotic Environments”.
