Engineering
Our 5,000+ technologists define, architect, build, and deploy complete systems to fulfill the needs of leading financial market participants globally. As an intern or fulltime engineer at Bloomberg, you will be part of a team that thrives on challenges and works together to roll out new software daily. No other company processes the breadth and depth of financial data into meaningful and actionable information as well as we do. Our roles can be diverse, but all have immediate impact on our organisation and our customers.
Analytics & Sales
You will start in an extensive training program where you will have the opportunity to learn the terminal inside and out. You will engage with our clients on a daily basis in order to ensure that they are using the terminal to the best of their ability and have the support they need to make big business decisions After excelling in this role and becoming the expert, you will move into Sales where you will be the front and center with our clients.
Global Data
Our data analysts turn data into meaningful insights and may work across a diverse range of roles within Global Data. These roles could include sourcing and processing data, implementing technology to continuously improve our data capabilities, becoming a specialist in a data group, meeting with clients, and more.
Bloomberg Customer Support
The BCS team is the front line when it comes to helping with critical client issues. Our industry-leading customer service teams are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and on any given day we respond to over 12,000 queries in more than 15 languages. Every one of us needs a full understanding of what our clients do and the products they use, so we can quickly troubleshoot issues for our clients – no matter where in the world they are.
