Training – Immersive – Action-oriented – Systemic (TRIAS)

Project description

The project aims to develop and test a vocational preparation and in-service training program as well as an exchange format for professionals working in outpatient child, youth, and family services.

For young professionals and experienced specialists, continuing education courses are being developed with the help of a virtual learning and simulation environment that enables participants to practice professional behavior in highly demanding case scenarios. It is important to take into account the special structure of the field of work and to create learning environments that not only expand the practical skills of the participating professionals, but above all strengthen their self-efficacy expectations in this field of action.

The creation of a learning environment that enables learning in realistic and exploratory structures is easily achievable with the available systems for simulating collaborative case studies in virtual 3D learning environments. Continuous evaluation of the training courses developed ensures their educational quality.
