The IT Service Desk is the first point of contact for access to LMU's central IT services. We provide students and staff with the LMU user ID and the LMUcard - your ticket to the digital cosmos of LMU.

Affinity offers a powerful software suite in the field of illustration and image editing. LMU students and employees can use Affinity Suite V2 on private devices for official and student purposes at LMU free of charge.
You can view the licence key and download links in the LMU user account( LMU-Benutzerkonto Tile "Affinity Campuslizenz").
In cooperation with the Leibniz Supercomputing Centre, the LMU regularly checks whether passwords appear in lists of leaked passwords and informs the affected users. If you have received a corresponding mail, please change your password immediately in the LMU-Benutzerkonto.
With the change to the EU cluster, maintenance work must be carried out at Zoom and Telekom. Therefore Zoom will not be available on Saturday, 18/03/2023 from approx. 01:00 - 05:00 (probably 4 hours). In addition, the phone numbers for telephone dial-in will change.

In the future, LMU will participate in the DFN framework agreement for the use of Zoom at universities and colleges in Germany. With the associated change to the EU cluster, maintenance work must be carried out at Zoom and Telekom. Therefore Zoom will not be available in the following period: Saturday, 03/18/2023, 01:00 - 05:00 (expected 4 hours). Meetings that have already been started will be interrupted and no meetings can be opened. Login to Zoom account or Zoom client via Single Sign-On (SSO) will not be possible during maintenance. Important information regarding changes to telephone dial-in. With the move to the EU cluster, the phone dial-in numbers for all meetings are changing. Please note that the new telephone dial-in numbers will not be displayed in the respective meeting information until 20/03/2023.
