Tasks and responsibilities

The successful candidate (m/f/x) will be expected to have obtained a grade significantly above the average (“fully satisfactory” as a minimum) in the State Examination in Law (Staatsexamen). In addition, a deeper knowledge of Corporate Law and Capital Market Law, as well as a good knowledge of English would be advantageous. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to pursue doctoral studies.
