This project is funded by an ERC Synergy grant and involves close collaborations with groups in Sheffield and Trebon.

Tasks and responsibilities

To complement our team, we are looking for a postdoc interested in the synthetic biology and adaptive evolution of photosynthesis.

We employ a large suite of different techniques ranging from genetic engineering and adaptive laboratory evolution to molecular biological, biochemical and biophysical approaches.

Interested and motivated applicants should have a strong background in microbiology and/or genetic engineering and/or photosynthesis and/or synthetic biology.
