Electing student representatives

As an LMU student you can elect your student representatives for the term running from 1 October 2021 to 30 September 2022. The deadline to do so is 6 July 2021.

Due to the current restrictions relating to the Coronavirus pandemic, the option is available to do this via a postal vote. The paperwork required will be sent by post in early June to eligible voters' term-time addresses (which can be updated by 10 May 2021). You can find more information on our Election Office pages.

Student representatives work to promote student interests — via both the Faculty Council or the Student Council Convention. Furthermore, they organize introductory events for freshmen among other things. LMU students elect their representatives to ensure that they have a say in matters concerning the University.
