Online application portals
We provide doctoral programs with an online application portal for recruiting doctoral researchers (and, if applicable, postdocs or master's students if the degree program is related to the doctoral program). The portal enables an internationally accessible, transparent application process that follows common quality standards. Upon request, references can also be submitted and evaluations can be conducted online via the portal.

We offer coordinators of doctoral programs opportunities to exchange experiences, network, and pursue professional development. Event formats include coordinator meetings and professional development programs tailored to the needs of coordinators.
Doctoral Candidates Administration
With the doctoral candidates administration portals, all administrative steps — from the application and acceptance of doctoral candidates through the course of their studies to the submission of the dissertation and the issuance of the degree certificate — can be handled digitally. Communication between all parties involved can also take place via the portals. Data for statistical and reporting purposes can be easily exported.
Evaluations
To support internal quality assurance, we offer doctoral programs the option of conducting online evaluations. Various survey modules can be used, each of which is adapted to the specific circumstances and requirements. The quasi-external implementation by the GraduateCenterLMU ensures an objective view of the program's internal structures and processes and guarantees maximum confidentiality for all parties involved.
