In the exam master plan you will find the dates for the examinations which are organized centrally by the ISC. This applies to examinations for compulsory courses. Examinations for elective courses are usually organized by the respective chairs.
For multiple-choice exams (MC), the answers must be transferred to MC answer sheets. Enclosed you will find instructions for filling in these MC answer sheets.

Please note: Students must register for all forms of examination. Mandatory exam registration is strictly enforced without exception. Students who do not register on time, will not be permitted to take the exam.
Registration for examinations is also binding. In the event of registration and non-attendance for reasons for which the student is responsible, the exam will be graded with 5.0.
For non-standard examination dates, e.g. towards the middle of the lecture period or blocked courses, separate registration periods apply (see examination master plan or chair announcement). Please also note that especially in the school subjects of Business Education II and for examinations in Anthropogeography (Department of Geography) as well as examinations of other faculties, registration takes place according to the specifications of the faculties offering the examinations.
Please note that you must register for all examinations:
Please also note: If you wish to apply for or make use of compensation for disadvantages, you must inform the ISC by the end of the registration period at the latest. Any compensation for disadvantages claimed or notified to us later cannot otherwise be taken into account for the examinations of the relevant examination period.
Furthermore, participation in the exam is only possible if you arrive on time; if you arrive late, you will not be allowed to take the exam!
Please inform us of any errors or problems with the exam registration via our online contact form!
The Board of Examiners for business and economic examinations currently consists of seven members:
Chairwoman of the Board of Examiners
Members of the Board of Examiners
The Board of Examiners draws particular attention to the following instructions:
Students who are unable to take an examination due to acute illness or who become ill during the exam must consult their family doctor/specialist immediately, i.e. on the day of the examination at the latest, and have their inability to take the examination and its duration confirmed.
Please note our Template with information on the requirements for medical certificates (PDF, 403 KB). This completed form as well as a freely formulated written request for exam withdrawl must be submitted immediately to the ISC, Ludwigstraße 28, VG, Room 023 (BWL, Wirtschaftspädagogik) or Room 020 (VWL) in the original. In the case of hospitalization, a corresponding confirmation from the clinic is sufficient.
As a rule, the inability to take an examination must be claimed and substantiated immediately, i.e. definately before the grades are announced, and a corresponding extension of the deadline for the GOP must be applied for (informal written application, email does not meet the required written form).
In the event of prolonged inability to take an examination, please contact the ISC Student Advisory Service.
Please note the following information on plagiarism valid as of winter semester 2020/21:
