Economic and Organisational Psychology

Welcome at the Chair of Economic and Organisational Psychology!

Economic and Organisational Psychology is the scientific study of experience and behaviour of individuals in organisational and economic contexts with the goal of developing and testing academic theories and practice oriented models and instruments. The field can be organised in areas, depending on the context used to understand individuals, for example as a producer (as an individual, in a team, in an organisation), as a consumer of goods and services, as a potential customer with regards to advertising, or as an agent in economic systems.
