As part of the SHARP Collaborative Research Center, we are conducting Subproject C06 to investigate, using video-based simulations, how prospective teachers can be supported in recognizing and reflecting on classroom situations relevant to motivation and emotion. Participants write video annotations and receive personalized support through adaptive feedback and meso-adaptive scaffolding, which are automatically coded using large language models. At the same time, self-reported psychological and psychophysiological process data are continuously collected.
