How can we prevent well-intentioned innovations from causing unexpected problems?
Sarah Diefenbach, Professor for Economic Psychology and Human-Computer Interaction at the Chair of Economic and Organisational Psychology, is addressing this question. Together with Daniel Ullrich, she developed the Cassandra method, which encourages development teams to systematically incorporate potential risks and misuse scenarios into the design process.
