Short CV:

Maria Valcarcel Jimenez studied educational science (major) and psychology (minor) at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University (LMU), and educational science with focus on early childhood education and quantitative research methods at the Free University Berlin (FU). She started her doctoral studies in psychology at the LMU. Maria is currently working in the EU-funded longitudinal project "Learning4Kids - App-based Learning for Kindergarten Children at Home" and the project "Quality Creates Opportunities" on quality interactions between teachers and primary school students at the Chair of Education and Educational Psychology at LMU and the Department of School and Classroom Research at FU.
