PD Dr. Eva Lermer

Eva Lermer is the group lead of the research project Human-AI-Interaction in Healthcare at the LMU Center for Leadership and People Management. In addition, she holds the deputy leadership position of the personnel development team together with Dr. Saskia Glaas und Dr. Angela Kuonath. She is also a professor of organizational psychology at Technische Hochschule Augsburg and vice president for excellence in research and academia at Technische Hochschule Augsburg.

Following her studies in Sociology (LMU Munich) and Psychology (University of Salzburg), she completed her doctorate and habilitation in Psychology at the LMU Munich. Her research interests include risk, decision making, positive psychology, and human-technology-interaction.
