Franziska Schrade has been a research assistant, trainer, and doctoral candidate at the LMU Center for Leadership and People Management since October 2024. In 2025, she was accepted into the bidt Graduate Center for doctoral researchers of the Bavarian Academy of Sciences and Humanities. She studied Psychology (B.Sc. and M.Sc.) at the Heidelberg University with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Adaptive Cognition with stays abroad at Arizona State University and the University of Vienna. At the Center, she is responsible for IT, program evaluation, and quality assurance, as well as the contact person for bachelor's and master's theses.
