Julia Cecil has been a research assistant and doctoral student at the LMU Center for Leadership and People Management since October 2022 in the third-party funded project "Human-AI-Interaction in Healthcare: Identifying Factors Contributing to Clinical Utility". She has been part of the team since the beginning. In addition to her former work at the Chair of Social-, Work-, Organizational-, and Business Psychology at the University of Regensburg, she initially worked as a research assistant in the project. She studied psychology (B.Sc. and M.Sc.) at the University of Regensburg.
