Lorenz Stradtner

Abstract

Since January 2026 Lorenz Stradtner works as Scientific Employee at the Department of Psychology at LMU Munich. He coordinates the degrees School Psycholgy and School Counselling. Previously, he has worked as Scientific Employee at the Chair of Personality Psychology and Educational Psychology at LMU. There, he researched systemic, motivational and emotional factors of dropout in tertiary education. He gained practical experiences at a variety of schools, councelling centers and institutions as well as from his work as school psychologist and teacher at a school in Munich.
