Saskia Glaas has been a research assistant and trainer at the LMU Center for Leadership and People Management since March 2022. She studied psychology (B.Sc.) at the University of Regensburg and economic-, organizational-, and social psychology (M.Sc.) at LMU Munich. In her dissertation (LMU, 2024), she examined job crafting and meaningful experiences at work.
