Dr. Saskia Glaas

Saskia Glaas has been a research assistant and trainer at the LMU Center for Leadership and People Management since March 2022. She studied psychology (B.Sc.) at the University of Regensburg and economic-, organizational-, and social psychology (M.Sc.) at LMU Munich. In her dissertation (LMU, 2024), she examined job crafting and meaningful experiences at work. In addition, she holds the deputy leadership position together with Dr. Angela Kuonath und PD Dr. Eva Lermer. Furthermore, she is currently completing further training in systemic counseling (DGSF).
