Stefanie Krauth has been a research assistant and trainer at the LMU Center for Leadership and People Management since 2022. She studied psychology at the University of Vienna (B.Sc. and M.Sc.) and successfully completed her doctorate on the topic of gender stereotypes in leadership in October 2025. In addition to her research focus on sexism in leadership and organizations, her practical work particularly addresses topics such as diversity, effective leadership, (intercultural) communication, conflict resolution, creativity, and teamwork. Furthermore, she works as a freelance trainer, designing and delivering psychological trainings and workshops.
