The LMU project (Biblia Arabica project) led by PI Prof. Dr. Ronny Vollandt has been accepted as an academy project by the Bavarian Academy of Sciences and Humanities.
The LMU project (Biblia Arabica project) led by Cluster of Excellence PI Prof. Dr. Ronny Vollandt has been accepted as an academy project by the Bavarian Academy of Sciences and Humanities. The project, which will research Arabic translations of the Hebrew Bible/Old Testament and the shared cultural heritage of Jewish, Christian and Muslim communities in the Middle East, will commence its work in 2026.
