Evaluation

Each semester, we evaluate our seminar program to continuously develop our offerings and tailor them specifically to the needs of LMU’s academic staff.

Voices of Participants

"I think it's just wonderful that there are seminars like this. They have already helped me a lot in my personal development. In everyday life, you sometimes wonder whether you have the time for it, but every seminar so far has been so valuable in the long term that I have found this time a gift. Thank you!"

"The LMU Center for Leadership and People Management is an excellent institution. My experience with the seminars has been extremely good. Please keep up the good work!"

"Over the years, the events have clearly made me a better academic leader. This is reflected back to me again and again by subordinates and also by the top management. Thank you very much for that!"

"The courses I've attended so far have been really great. Unfortunately, many courses are booked out (too) quickly or don't take place often enough within a semester to take more courses."

Number of our Seminars

From eight courses at the start of the CLPM, there are now around 40 courses per semester.

Our program is consistently guided by our vision of establishing a professional culture of leadership and collaboration at LMU—one that is characterized by excellence in performance and innovation, as well as by appreciation for each individual.

The thematic focus of our courses is tailored to the needs of our target groups: professors, private lecturers, habilitands, postdocs, and doctoral students.

Typically, two-thirds of our courses are conducted by internal trainers. For the remaining courses, our team is supported by external trainers.

Evaluation of our Seminars

The satisfaction with the courses remains consistently high. In the summer semester 2024, our participants awarded an average of 4.5 out of 5 points (5-point scale: 1 = not at all satisfied, 5 = very satisfied).
