Professor Zhuanghua Shi of the Chair of Neuro-Cognitive Psychology researches how attention and memory shape our perception of time. In his Multisensory Perception Lab, he investigates the effects of endless scrolling on concentration, memory, and the experience of everyday life—and which strategies can help people consciously limit digital distractions.
