Mein Forschungsschwerpunkt liegt auf der Untersuchung transdiagnostischer psychologischer Prozesse, Emotionsregulation und emotionaler Intelligenz im Kontext psychischer Störungen. Besonders interessiert mich die Relevanz dieser Prozesse für die Symptomatik und Behandlungsergebnisse sowie deren Bedeutung als potenzielle Risikofaktoren und aufrechterhaltende Mechanismen. Darüber hinaus widme ich mich der Erforschung von körperlicher Aktivität als Intervention und deren Effekten auf psychische Gesundheit. Ziel meiner Forschung ist es, zugrundeliegende Mechanismen zu verstehen und innovative therapeutische Ansätze zu entwickeln.
