The 30th German Educational Research Association's (GERA) Congress focusing on the theme of “disruptions” concluded on Wednesday evening with a reception in the atrium of LMU, with everyone in high spirits.
GERA's President, Professor Michael Schemmann, thanked the local organizing committee for the excellently organized congress and the warm welcome at LMU.
This congress was special in every way: For the first time, three universities contributed to the organization under the leadership of LMU, the congress taking place in LMU's beautiful premises. The events were thematically diverse under the pedagogical metaphor of disruptions. The atmosphere within the academic community, represented by nearly 1,700 participants, was warm and welcoming.
