The faculty operates three computer rooms (046, 044, and 3001) with a total of 82 workstations. These rooms can be used by instructors and staff for courses, exercises, and individual sessions. Reservations for weekly recurring courses must be submitted as part of the semester-based room pre-coordination process (approximately one year in advance). Individual sessions may be reserved on an ongoing basis but only after the pre-coordination phase has been completed.
Before submitting a reservation request, please check the current availability of the desired room in LSF under “Search for rooms” → Event room (3001, 046, or 044). Booking in LSF is then completed via EDIT → Dates and Rooms, where you select the room directly in the “Event room” field (not via the yellow “Lecture hall request” button).
Please ensure in advance that you are familiar with the room’s technical equipment. If your class requires specific software, please contact the Helpdesk in good time to arrange installation on the CIP workstations. A valid campus user account is required to use the computers.
