The LMU-NTU Joint Seed Funding Program was established in 2024 to strengthen research collaboration between National Taiwan University (NTU) and LMU Munich.
LMU and NTU jointly provide €36,000 (NTD 1,200,000) per year to support up to three selected collaborative projects. Each project can receive funding of up to €12,000 (NTD 400,000).
Call for Proposals
Applications for funding in 2027 are open.
Fundable activities include:
- Travel and mobility
- Joint seminars
- Joint workshops
- Joint events and conferences

Please note
- Applications should be jointly prepared by the participating LMU and NTU researchers
- One joint application should be submitted per project
