Responsibilities
Fundamental Legal, Organizational and Committee Issues (GROG) handles fundamental legal issues on behalf of the University Executive Board and is responsible for matters relating to organizational and committee law, including the prosision of legal support to the Board of University Representatives. In addition, GROG deals with legal issues relating to organizational development (including compliance and internal auditing), (digital) transformation, and the streamlining of administrative processes. It also carries out certain central legal tasks. In doing so, it works closely with the relevant units.
