Responsibilities
Organizational Development (OE) supports change and digitalization projects within the university administration, with the goal of improving user orientation, efficiency, and compliance. As part of the eAdmin program, we collaboratively develop strategic and legal foundations for the digital transformation of administrative services and processes. This includes a digitalization strategy and frameworks for change and process management. Assisting both the overall project management and the individual project leads, we support the introduction of a new campus management system and the implementation of projects in HR and finance.
Our portfolio also includes consulting services for university administration leaders, especially in early stages of organizational change. In the field of compliance management, we help ensure compliance requirements through communication and training. As internal audit, we coordinate external auditors and prepare risk-based audit plans for the University Executive Board.
