Responsibilities

Organizational Development (OE) supports change projects within the university administration. Assisting the project management, we support the introduction of a new campus management system. Our portfolio also includes consulting services for university administration leaders – for example, on developing target visions, adapting structures and processes, and further developing the work culture. In the field of compliance management, we help ensure compliance requirements through communication and training. As internal audit, we coordinate external auditors, prepare risk-based audit plans for the University Executive Board, and manage the implementation of audits.
