On 25 May 2023 the Proposal Writing Workshop: DFG Individual Research Grant invites early career researches as well as international researchers who have little or no experience with the German research funding system to learn how to prepare high-quality applications to the German Research Foundation (DFG).
The proposal writing workshop will focus on the DFG “Individual Research Grants with Temporary Positions for Principal Investigators” (“Sachbeihilfe und Eigene Stelle”). The workshop is limited to researchers currently preparing a DFG application whose project is to be hosted at LMU Munich.
Hands-on exercises will be combined with tips on crafting a convincing funding proposal as well as programme specific information on the DFG application process. The number of participants is limited. We reserve the right to close registration early if we receive sufficient applications for participation.
