Being family friendly

Being family friendly isn't something we lecture about. We live it. We want to provide families with the best possible support to balance career and private life. We take full responsibility and actively champion work-life balance strategies. Ensuring—as we go—that the bonds we have to those in our community are strengthened over time.

We've got a number of different ways to support families. These range from flyers on consultancy and training opportunities to networking and providing childcare facilities. We invest in tangible solutions. These include school vacation programs, safeguarding your little ones whilst you attend a conference and emergency care in back-up centers or at home. Thanks to the wonders of digitalization, our e-learning solutions help you to carve out and enjoy more flexible family time. We've also formalized our commitment to promoting family life. By signing up to the Success Factor Family (Erfolgsfaktor Familie) corporate program—sponsored by the Federal Ministry of Family Affairs—we are continuously developing how we engage on family matters.
