'LMU Gateway's Exclusive Oktoberfest Experience for International Researchers in Bavaria'
Thank you for your interest in the LMU Gateway Oktoberfest Event 2026! This registration is for a seat reservation in the Ochsenbraterei tent and is open for international researchers from all universities in Bavaria.
You can register by filling in the form below. Please note that seats are very limited, therefore we can only accept a certain number of registrations. The seats will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so an early registration is recommended. Please be aware that the registration is binding.
Please also keep in mind that you need to organise your journey to Munich yourself. If you agree that your e-mail address can be shared with other participants from your university, you might be able to plan the trip to Munich together.
We will inform you after the registration deadline on 29 July, whether we can offer you a seat. In the (unlikely) event that we receive less registrations than we have seats available, we will inform you about the possibility of bringing an accompanying person.

Minimum purchase for food & drinks + registration fee for Ochsenbraterei (payable through LMU Gateway): €66,40 per person (includes two vouchers for a “Wiesn-Maß”, one voucher for a meal of your choice, one €8 voucher for a drink or meal of your choice)
