The time has come: Qookies is launching! On 3 October, the quantum learning game will be officially unveiled at the open house event in Garching. This is your chance to be there in person and get to know Qookies.
At 11:15 a.m., visitors can take a peek behind the scenes of game development: How can quantum technology concepts be made accessible to people with no prior knowledge in the form of an exciting game?
The presentation will also show how different quantum technologies found their way into the game and how research teams, game developers and educators have worked together on Qookies over the past three years.
In Qookies, players conduct their own research and experiments. Together with Yuki, the AI-powered quantum scientist, players solve tricky puzzles involving qubits, photons and more—in a way that’s entertaining, educational and accessible to everyone.
Following the presentation, the Cluster of Excellence Munich Center for Quantum Science and Technology (MCQST) will invite visitors to engage in further exploration and share their ideas.
