Career Service: Career and personality - Ikigai as a key to professional fulfilment
The transition from university to professional life is a crucial step in a person's life. In addition to the specialist knowledge acquired during academic studies, personality plays a crucial role in a successful start to one's career. A well-developed understanding of one's own personality, wishes, and visions provides a solid foundation for making good career choices. If the personal profile of skills, strengths, and weaknesses fits well with the job, it will be easier to get started.
Using the western version of the Ikigai concept, among other approaches, the seminar's focus lies on identifying what leads to a combination of passion, mission, profession, and vocation. This interactive seminar is designed to support the participant's deeper self-awareness.
