Throughout life, many situations offer opportunities to observe and form intuitive impressions of others. However, what often remains missing is a clear framework to deepen these impressions and translate them into something actionable.
Motive typologies provide a structured approach to quickly gain insight into the strengths and interests of oneself and others. This understanding can be actively applied to enhance communication and interpersonal relationships. As a result, communication becomes more authentic, powerful, sensitive, and persuasive, allowing truly viable solutions to emerge in conflict situations.
