Challenges of judicial control in the compound administrative structure of the European Union

The first part of the workshop aims to set the framework, elaborating on the requirements for judicial protection according to national constitutional and European law. Various scholars from different member states will present and discuss general aspects and challenges of judicial control in the European administrative space. The second part of the workshop will provide a more detailed analysis of the situation in selected fields of law administered in a compound structure, such as financial regulation and state aid law. The format will be a dialogue between academic experts and proven practitioners.
