The RE-CLAIM exhibition brings together seven artistic perspectives that explore issues of identity, remembrance, violence, gender roles and societal attributions from a female perspective. The works open up individual points of access to both personal and structural experiences and give tangible shape to different forms of visibility.
RE-CLAIM describes a process of reclaiming, making visible and self-positioning. The blank space in the title deliberately points to an open-ended approach: What is being reclaimed, and by whom? RE-CLAIM sees itself as a space for encounter, dialogue and reflection.
