As part of a series of European University Alliance for Global Health (EUGLOH) events the Graduate Center LMU is offering a workshop that supports PhD students in the decision making process, illustrating possible steps towards a career in academia as well as briefly touching upon possible alternatives.
The workshop addresses issues that should be taken into account in your decision-making process. To illustrate possible steps towards a career in academia, typical development options for Germany are presented as examples. An excursus briefly touches on possible alternatives that could also be considered for further professional advancement.
