- Carlos Moreno, the inventor of the the concept of the "15-minute city", is Professor of Entrepreneurship, Territory and Innovation at the Université Paris 1, Panthéon-Sorbonne.
- Arvind Gangoli Rao holds a professorship in the Faculty of Aeronautics and Space Technology at the Technical University of Delft.
