New LMU Officer for Marketing

As of April 1, 2026, the University Leadership of LMU has appointed a new marketing officer to strategically strengthen the LMU brand both nationally and internationally.

The new LMU Chief Marketing Officer is Professor Marko Sarstedt, Head of the Institute of Marketing at the Munich School of Management. Sarstedt is widely recognized as one of the leading experts in data-driven marketing, with a strong international reputation. He is known for bridging the gap between academic methods and their practical application. His work helps organizations analyze consumer behavior and brand perception using data, enabling them to make empirically grounded decisions.
