Services for LMU researchers
- We can guide you through the process of evaluation of your innovation in terms of its novelty and commercial potential, and your inventive input, and its subsequent patenting and exploitation in cooperation with suitable commercial partners.
- We can assist in the selection and validation of various modes of commercial exploitation, such as licensing arrangements and option contracts or the transfer of exploitation rights to SMEs, spin-off firms or global players.
- If you have questions relating to rights of exploitation, we will be happy to provide information on all aspects of patenting and licensing agreements, and the protection and transfer of intellectual property.
