Study Information Service (SIS)

We are here to answer your telephone inquiries on issues concerning your studies. We can also arrange a personal consultation appointment with the Central Student Advisory Office. If you have any questions regarding your timetable and course allocation, please contact your Academic Advisor at Faculty-Level or Study Coordinator.

Alternatively, you can also contact the Central Student Advisory Service via chat and contact form.

Inquiries concerning personal data

We can only answer inquiries that involve your personal data (e.g. "Have I been exmatriculated?") if you are clearly identifiable. Please note that to do so we'll need your:

  • Name
  • Registration number
  • Date of birth
  • The correct answer to your security question. You can activate your security question for telephone inquiries via your LMU user account (in German).

Online information

Before you pick up the phone, be sure to check out the pages in our ABC Study Guide and ABC Guide for Prospective Students. Maybe you'll be able to answer your own questions. Of course, if that's not the case, get in touch. We're here to help.
