Project description
This project aims to study cell-matrix interaction of ASCs in a cell culture and animal (rat) model to gather further understanding of osteo- and chondrogenesis of stem cells. ASCs will be isolated from liposuction patients of our department and cultured for the experiments. The following methods will be used: Animal model, Cell culture, PCR, histologic staining, fluorescence staining, ELISA, Western Blot and statistical analysis.
