Sustainability affects all academic disciplines, and becomes particularly tangible when different scholarly perspectives come together. Whether in the natural sciences, humanities, social sciences, or business; in medicine, law, or other fields: Your subject-specific expertise can open up new approaches to the challenges of sustainable development.

How can you get involved?

  • Open your lecture or course during Sustainability Week to interested students from other disciplines and other LMU members.
  • Incorporate a discussion or question related to sustainability into this session — one that aligns with your lecture / course content.
  • Register your lecture / course using the online form by Friday, 9 October 2026, so that it can be included in the Sustainability Week program.
