Please note the following instructions for removing Affinity Campus licenses from your devices. Removal is necessary, for example, if you leave the LMU or want to switch to a private license.

You can remove the license in the Affinity programs via "Account => This app is licensed for => ••• => Deactivate this device". If this does not work, you still need to carry out the following steps.

Windows
Uninstall all Affinity programs and delete the following folder:
C:\users\(user)\.affinity
If the 365-day license is removed from a Windows personal device, this license can no longer be activated on the same device. We recommend leaving the license on private devices running for the entire period and only renewing it when the license has expired.

Mac
Remove all Affinity programs from your Mac and delete the following folders:
/Users/test/Library/Application Support/Affinity Photo 2
/Users/test/Library/Group Containers/6LVTQB9699.com.seriflabs/v2/Licences
You can open the Library folder by clicking on "Go to" in the menu bar in the Finder, then holding down "Option" on the keyboard and then clicking on the new "Library" entry.

iPad
Remove all Affinity programs from the iPad.

Affinity products include comprehensive documentation on the program functions.
