Forschungsschwerpunkt & Expertise
Mein Forschungsinteresse konzentriert sich auf den Einfluss von Kindheitstraumatisierungen auf die emotionale Dysregulation bei traumaassoziierten Störungsbildern wie der Posttraumatischen Belastungsstörung (PTBS) und der Borderline-Persönlichkeitsstörung. Im Mittelpunkt meiner Arbeit steht die Untersuchung neurobiologischer und psychologischer transdiagnostischer Mechanismen in diesem Zusammenhang, mit einem besonderen Fokus auf Schlafstörungen (z. B. Insomnie, Albträume, Fear of Sleep) als potenziellen Mechanismus.
