We are happy to assist you personally with your individual concerns. We can provide you with information about study options and choosing a program, as well as answers to important questions that may arise before and during your studies. We’ll help you find, understand and apply the information, and point you to the right person to contact for your specific needs.
Some questions cannot be answered by information alone. During the counseling session, we’ll work together to clarify your specific concerns, explore options, and discuss your priorities and next steps as you work toward making a decision. Our counseling is confidential and non-judgmental. It is conducted by qualified academic advisors.
You can ask brief, general questions either at the Information Desk, by phone through the Student Information Service (SIS), or via the contact form. To schedule a detailed consultation (30 min.), please book an appointment through the Information Desk or the SIS.
