Faculty Women's Representative

Achieving equal opportunities is a key objective for LMU Munich and the Faculty of History and the Arts. The Faculty Women’s Representative and her deputies support both the Faculty and the University in implementing gender equality measures and in addressing any remaining structural inequalities.

In addition, the Faculty Women’s Representative advises female academic staff and students on career development, work–life balance, and—strictly confidentially—in cases of harassment or discrimination. She works closely with the Faculty’s mentors.
